AI TRAINING FOR K12 TEACHERS AND SCHOOL LEADERS
Give Your Teachers Back Their Time
Teachers lose hours every week to lesson planning, differentiation, and paperwork. Dr. Pamela J. Berry trains them to use AI to finish that work in minutes, so more of their energy goes to students. Training fits the professional learning time and budget your district already has.

Your Teachers Are Out of Time
Lesson plans, differentiated materials, parent emails, and paperwork follow teachers home every night. Burnout rises, and your best educators leave. AI can carry much of that load, but most teachers have never been shown how to use it well, or safely. That is the gap this training closes.
What Your District Receives
• A hands on AI workshop, half day or full day, built around your calendar
• Every teacher leaves with a month of lesson plans they built with AI
• Ready to use prompts and templates aligned to your curriculum
• Clear guidance on responsible, ethical, and student safe AI use
• A leadership summary showing hours saved and next steps
What Changes for Your Teachers
• Hours back every week from planning and paperwork
• Lessons tailored to every learner in minutes, not evenings
• Consistent, safe AI practices across every campus
• Professional learning dollars tied to a visible, reportable result
Optional Add On: The Teacher Creator Track
A separate session, held outside contracted school hours, that shows teachers how to turn their expertise into digital products and additional income without touching the school day.
Delivery Options
Saturday institutes, professional development days, leadership briefings, and ongoing coaching.
